老年性高血压患者心脏损害及其与细胞内胞浆游离钙的关系

目的 探讨细胞内胞浆游离在老年性高血压患者心脏损害中的作用。方法 检测老年性高血压患者，中青年高血压患者及正常血压对照组细胞内胞浆游离钙浓度（Ｃａ＾２＋）ｉ）左心室重量指数（ＬＶＭＩ）及左心室功能。结果 老年性高血压患者较中青年高血压虱和正常血压老年对照组ＬＶＭＩ和（Ｃａ＾２＋）ｉ均显著升高，左心室舒张功能显著下降，收缩功能参数无显著改变。中青高血压组较正常血压中青年对照组ＬＶＭＩ和（Ｃａ＾２＋）

The relationship between heart damage and intracellular free calcium in elderly hypertensive patients

Objective To examine the effect of intracellular free calcium([Ca 2+ ]i) in the pathogenesis of heart damage in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods [Ca 2+ ]i,left ventricular moss index (LVMI) and left ventricular function were determined in elderly hypertensive patients, middle-aged hypertensive patients and normotensive controls. Results To compare with middle-aged hypertensive patients and normotensive controls, [Ca 2+ ]i and LVMI were markly increased, left ventricular diastolic function were markly decreased (LVMI) and left ventricular systolic function revealed no changes in elderly hypertensive patients. There were positive correlation between the LVMI and [Ca 2+ ]i in essential hypertensive patients ( r =0 718 8, P <0 01). Conclusion The data confirmed that the confusion of intracellular calcium metabolism is more serious in elderly hypertensive patients than that in middle-aged hypertensive patients . The heart damage might link to the confusion of intracellular calcium metabolism.
