| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血必净注射液治疗吸入性损伤的临床疗效。方法将40例吸入性损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用血必净注射液50ml静脉输注，2次／d，疗程均为10天。比较2组患者治疗前后10天的血白细胞计数（WBC）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、动脉血气。结果治疗10天后治疗组患者的WBC、CRP、动脉血气的改善程度均显著优于对照组（P均〈0．05）。结论血必净注射液配合常规治疗可提高吸入性损伤的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of inhalation injury. Methods 40 patients with inhalation injury were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. The control group underwent routine treatment, and the treatment group received added intravenous drip of Xuebijing injection 50 ml, twice a day for 10 days. The white blood count （WBC） and C -reactive protein （CRP） and arterial blood gas were detected before and after the treatment in two groups. Results Compared with the control group, WBC and CRP and arterial blood gas in the treatment group were obviously superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with routine regimen is able to increase the efficacy of inhalation injury treatment. |
