| 摘 要： | 为探讨丹参和胸腺肽对银屑病患NK细胞活性的影响。我们用LDH释放法和酶标仪，在体外测定了经丹参和胸腺肽诱导后的银屑病患NK细胞的活性，结果表明，丹参和胸腺肽能明显增强NK细胞的活性，此结果为该药临床使用提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | To investgate the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza and thymic prptides on NK cell activity of patients with psoriasis,we determined NK cell activity of patients with psoriasis under the inducing of salvia miltiorrhiza and thymic peptides in vitro with LDH release as say and enzyme labeled chromome-ter.The result showed that salvia mltiorrhiza and thymic peptides can enhance distinctly NK cell activity of patients with psoriasis.This result provided scientific basis for clinical use. |
