性病门诊女性病人生殖道致病性酵母菌分类鉴定与药敏研究

为探讨性病门诊女性病人酵母菌感染的分类及耐药情况，我们用法国生物－梅里埃公司的试剂盒，对54例女性病人生殖道酵母菌感染标本进行了酵母菌培养鉴定和药敏测定，结果表明：最常见的是白念珠菌，其次是热带念珠菌，光滑念珠菌及近平滑念珠菌，这四种的比例占94．4％，与国内外资料相似，此外，还发现了无名酵母，土生念珠菌及皮状丝孢酵母，83．3％的酵母菌株出现耐药，作认为酵母菌耐药情况不容忽视，特别是热带念珠菌的耐药更应引起注意。

A study of the classification and drug sensitirity on the pathogenic yeast in genital tract of female patients from STD clinic

In order to explore the classification and drug-resistant condition on the pathogenic yeast in female patients from STD clinic,5 4 genital specimens with pathogenic yeast infection were sorted and drug sensitivity was determined.The results showed that Candida albicans is the most common yeast,and Candida tropicalis,Candida glabrata,Candida parapsilosis are the secon-dly the rate of all four kinds are 9 4.4 %,it is similar to domestic and abroad referencs.In addition,Candida famata,Candida humicola and trichosporon cutaneum were discorved in our stady.8 3.3 % of all yeast existed drug-resistant.Authors considered that the states of drug-resistant were serious,especially the drug-resistant of candida tropicalis must be paid attention to.
