| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨辛伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠肾肥大指数的影响。方法 将实验动物随机分为正常对照组 (A组 )、糖尿病组 (B组 )及辛伐他汀治疗观察组 (C组 )。第二、四、六周分别取各组 5只大鼠收集标本 ,检测血糖、血胆固醇及肾肥大指数的变化。结果 辛伐他汀观察组血胆固醇水平、肾肥大指数均低于糖尿病组。结论 辛伐他汀可以降低糖尿病大鼠肾肥大指数 ,对糖尿病肾脏病变有保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Simvastatin on the profile of kidney hypertrophy in diabetic rats. Methods The experimental rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group (Group A); diabetic group (Group B); and observation group treated with Simvastatin (Group C). Samples were collected in 5 rats from each group and their plasma glucose, serum cholesterol as well as profile of kidney hypertrophy were observed after 2, 4, and 6 weeks of treatment respectively. Results Serum cholesterol level and kidney hypertrophy index in the diabetic rats of Simvastatin treated group were lower than those in the diabetic rats without treatment. Conclusion Simvastatin can reduce the kidney hypertrophy index in the diabetic rats and it has renal protective effect on the diabetic rats. |
