生物材料在腹股沟疝修补中的应用

摘    要:文章介绍了疝修补材料的种类和生物学特性,比较不同种疝修补材料在腹股沟疝修补中的应用价值。根据材料学的化学成分和生物学特性可将疝修补材料分为不可吸收材料、可吸收材料和复合型材料3大类。可吸收材料最大的优点是可抗感染,对有污染的腹壁缺损提供暂时的支持和保护;另一优点是这类材料可促进胶原的增殖。不可吸收材料也有较好的抗感染作用,一旦感染,不必将材料取出,但不能放入腹腔与内脏接触,因为若在腹腔内可与组织产生严重的粘连、消化道梗阻甚至肠瘘。复合型材料同时具备了可吸收材料和不可吸收材料的优点。应根据患者自身的情况选择不同种类的疝修补材料。

Abstract:The article introduces the types as well as biological characteristics of hernia repair materials, and compares the application value of different kinds of hernia repair materials in inguinal hernia repair. According to the chemical composition and biological characteristics, the hernia repair materials are divided into three kinds: nonabsorbable, absorbable and compound materials. The best advantage of absorbable material is anti-infection, which can provide temporary support and protection for infective abdominal defect. Another advantage is that the absorbable material can improve the proliferation of collagen. The non-absorbable material also has the anti-infected effect. Once the infection occurs, the nonabsorbable material does not need to be carried out. But the nonabsorbable material is forbidden to place in the abdominal cavity and contact with viscera, because of the severe adhesion occuring between the material and the viscera, resulting in digestive tract obstruction and even intestinal fistula. The compound material has the both advantages of absorbable and nonabsorbable materials. We should select the different kinds of hernia repair material according to self-condition of patients.
