静脉溶栓治疗对急性心肌梗塞急性期严重室性心律失常的影响

本文为了探讨溶栓治疗对急性心肌梗塞急性期严重室性心律失常的影响，对符合WHO诊断标准的早期急性心肌梗塞的131例溶栓组，118例对照组患者在梗塞后急性期严重室性心律失常情况通过心电监护仪Holter板的连续记录进行了观察，结果发现，溶栓组与对照组预警性心律失常的检出率分别是9.9％和71．2％（P＜0．001）。室颤的检出率分别是1．5％和8.5％（P＜005）差异显著，与有关报道基本一致。提示：静脉溶栓治疗不仅对挽救濒死的心肌有独特的作用，对提高心室肌的电稳定性，减少严重室性心律失常及其诱发的室颤也有着积极的影响。

Effect of intrevenous thrombolysis to serious arihythymia in acute myoinfartion

In order or reseach the effect of thrombolysis to serrious arrhythmia in acute myoinfarction. we observed, compared and discussed with the continuous records of serrious arrhythmia in 131 case of thrombolytic group and in 118 case of control group that all correspound with diagnositic standard of WHO about early acute myoinfarction through holter branch of cardial monitor. The result is: The apperance of warning arrhythmia in the group of thrombolysis and control is 9 .9% and 71. 2% (P < 0.001 ), ventricular fibrillation appearance is 1.5% and 8.5% (P < 0.05) - a remarkable difference. these are in correspondece with relative reports. Indicate: intravenous thrombolysis has not only special function of saving dying myocardium, but also active effects of developing electrocardial stability and reducing serious ventricular arrhythmia.
