摘    要:目的分析血管周上皮样细胞瘤(PEComa)的临床特点。方法结合相关文献复习,对1例血管周上皮样细胞分化肿瘤的临床病理和免疫组织化学进行分析。结果血管周上皮样细胞分化肿瘤无特异性临床症状,无特征性影像学表现,术前难以确诊。但组织学上含有血管周上皮样细胞的特征,免疫组化检测表达肌源性(Actin)及黑色素瘤抗体(HMB45、melan-A)。结论血管周上皮样细胞瘤是一种罕见的间叶肿瘤,发病部位不同且组织形态多样,主要依靠病理进行诊断。手术是目前各种PEComas的惟一治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To report a case of neoplasms with perivascular epithelioid cell differentiation(PEComa) and impove the understanding of the tumor.Methods 1 case of neoplasms with perivascular epithelioid cell differentiation was confirmed,whose clinical pathological features and immunohistochemistry were analyzed and reviewed combining with relative literature.Results The PEComa didn’ t have any symptoms and characterized imaging features and was difficult to make correct diagnosis before operation.With perivascular epithelioid cell characteristics on the histological.Immunohistochemical detection of the expression of muscle-derived(Actin) and melanoma antibody(HMB45,melan-A).Conclusion The perivascular epithelioid cell tumor is a rare mesenchymal tumor,incidence of different parts and diverse morphology,rely mainly on the pathological diagnosis,the surgery is currently the only treatment of a variety of PEComas.
