摘    要:目的探讨直肠功能训练对脊髓损伤患者便秘的影响。方法选择2008年6月—2011年12月入住我院脊柱外科脊髓损伤患者62例,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行腹部按摩、脊柱提拉、肛门牵拉、盆底肌训练、手指直肠刺激等直肠功能训练,观察比较两组患者排便情况。结果两组患者3周后排便的效果经χ2检验比较,实验组患者的排便效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组应用缓泻剂少于对照组,经χ2检验比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对脊髓损伤便秘患者进行直肠功能训练,能促进直肠排便功能的恢复,降低便秘的发生率。

Functional training of rectum in patients of spinal cord injury with constipation

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of rectal functional training on patients of spinal cord injury with constipation.Methods From June 2008 to December 2011,62 patients with spinal cord injury in the spinal orthopedics department of our hospital were enrolled.The patrents were divided into controlled group and experimental group randomly.The experimental group underwent rectal functional training including abdominal massage,pulling spine,anal traction,pelvic floor muscle training,and finger-rectum stimulation besides routine nursing,while the controlled group received only routine nursing.The effects of defecation were compared between the two groups by chi-square test after three weeks of training.Results The defecation effect of experimental group was better than that of controlled group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Laxatives was less adopted in experimental group than controlled group,which was also statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Rectal functional training can promote the defecation function of rectum and lower the incidence of constipation.
