| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院中药注射剂的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2008年9-12月份中药注射剂的用药频率（DDDS）、药物利用指数（DUI），使用中药注射剂科室及使用药物适应证等进行统计分析。结果：使用中药注射剂的科室主要为中医科、内科，使用频率最高的药物为灯盏花注射剂，47．9％的病例存在扩大药物的适应证用药。结论：中药注射剂的应用存在一定的问题应加以干预改进。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the application situation of Tadition Chinese Medicine injection in our hospital. Methods：968 cases histories of inpatients in our hospital from September to December in 2008 were selected for a statistical in respect of DDDS,DUI,the dept of using the Traditional Chinese injection ,and the rationality of indication,etc. Results：The depts of interal medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine were the main depts of using the Traditioal Chinese Medicine injection,the most frequently used drug was Zhusheyong Dengzhanhuasu, 47.9 percent of the case were indications the expansion of drug use. Conclusion ：The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection is a certain problem, should intervene to improve. |
