| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨术中超声在肝癌精准手术切除中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2005年5月-2010年6月入院可手术切除的207例原发性肝癌患者的临床资料，81例采用常规手术治疗（常规手术组），126例采用超声引导下精准手术切除（精准肝切除组），对2组患者围手术期因素进行对比分析研究。结果：精准肝切除组对直径〈1．0cm的转移性病灶发现率优于常规手术组（P〈O．05），2组在年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、AFP值、Child-Pugh评分方面差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；但在手术时间、切除肝脏体积、术中失血量、术后并发症发生率方面精准肝切除组均显著少于常规手术组（P〈O．05），皿清蛋白高于常规手术组（P〈0．05）。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the application value of intraoperative ultrasound in liver cancer resection. Methods： A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 207 patients with resectable primary liver cancer in May 2005 to June 2010. Eighty-one cases by the conventional surgical treat-ment（conventional surgical treatment group）, 126 patients of ultrasound-guided precise hepatecto- my （precise hepatectomy group）, comparative analysis of perioperative factors of 2 group patients. |
