肝动脉化疗栓塞联合经皮射频治疗中晚期老年肝癌的临床观察

目的：探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）联合经皮射频（RFA）治疗老年中晚期肝癌的疗效。方法：选择2009年1月-2011年5月收治的失去手术机会或拒绝手术的老年中晚期肝癌患者70例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组35例。观察组采用TACE联合RFA治疗，对照组单纯TACE治疗。比较两组肿瘤缩小、曲清AFP改变、不良反应及生存率。结果：观察组肿瘤缩小率及血清AFP下降率显著高于对照组（P〈O．05）。两组6个月生存率无显著差异（P〉O．05），而观察组12个月和24个月时生存率显著高于对照组（P〈O05）。两组体温升高（t≥38℃）、消化道反应、肝区疼痛、腹水增加及转氨酶升高比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。

Therapeutic effect of transarterial chemo-embolization combined with radio frequency ablation for treatment of middle or advanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma in elderly

Objective： To investigate the effect of transarterial chemo-embolization combined with radio-frequency ablation for treatment of middle or advanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma in elderly. Methods： 70 cases of elderly patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma which losing the surgery chance or reject surgery in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2011, according to the random number table were divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by TACE combined with RFA, the control group wastreated by TACE atone.
