悬吊式腹腔镜在子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用

目的:探讨悬吊式腹腔镜在子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用价值.方法:选择悬吊式腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术(悬吊组)和经腹子宫肌瘤切除术(开腹组)各20例.比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、肌瘤直径、术后排气时间、术后疼痛评分、住院时间和住院费用等相关指标.结果:2组手术均顺利完成.2组患者手术时间和肌瘤直径差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).悬吊组患者术中出血量和住院时间均少于开腹组(P<0.01和P<0.05),而术后切口疼痛评分明显低于开腹组,术后排气时间显著早于开腹组(P<0.01),但住院费用明显高于开腹组(P<0.01).结论:悬吊式腹腔镜手术在妇科应用中具有安全性高、操作简便、切口美观、术后恢复快、疼痛轻、住院时间短等优点.

The clinical application of the suspended laparoscopy in myomectomy

Objective:To explore the application value of suspended laparoscopy in myomectomy. Methods:Forty patients were divided into the suspended group(20 cases treated with suspended laparoscopy in myomectomy) and laparotomy group(20 cases treated with laparoscopy in myomectomy ) . The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, myoma diameter, postoperative pain score, and hospitalization and hospitalization cost between two groups were compared. Results:The operations of two groups were successfully completed. The differences of operation time and diameter of myoma between two groups were not statistical significance(P>0. 05). The intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time in suspended group were less than those in laparotomy group(P<0. 01 and P<0. 05). The postoperative pain score and exhaust time in suspended group were significantly lower and earlier than those in laparotomy group,respectively(P<0. 01). The hospitalization cost in suspended group was significantly higher than that in laparotomy group(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The clinical application of suspended laparoscopy in myomectomy is high safety,easy operation,beautiful incision, quick recovery,light pain and short hospitalization time.
