氧化还原反应与男性2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍的关系研究

摘    要:目的:探讨氧化还原反应与男性2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍(type 2 diabetes erectile dysfunction ,DED)的关系,为 DED患者的诊断与治疗提供新的思路.方法:选择60例中老年男性作为参试人群,对照组、2型糖尿病无勃起功能障碍组(NED组)和DED组各20例.检测血清中过氧化反应产物4-羟基壬烯酸、血清丙二醛(MDA)以及一氧化氮(NO)含量的表达,初步判断DED与氧化还原反应之间的关系.结果:DED组体质量指数与糖化血红蛋白均明显高于NED组和对照组(P<0.01);NED组糖化血红蛋白显著高于对照组(P<0.01);DED组血清总睾酮值与国际勃起功能障碍-5评分均显著低于NED和对照组(P<0.01);NED组血清总睾酮值亦明显低于对照组(P<0.01).DED组中4-羟基壬烯酸和血清MDA值均明显高于NED组及对照组(P<0.01);且NED组血清MDA亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05);DED组血清NO含量均明显低于NED组及对照组(P<0.01),而NED组血清NO含量亦显著低于对照组(P<0.01).结论:氧化还原反应可能通过NO介导的阴茎血管内皮损伤对DED的发生、发展起到促进作用.

The relationship between the redox reaction and male patients with type 2 diabetes erectile dysfunction

Abstract:Objective:To explore relationship between the redox reaction and male patients with type 2 diabetes erectile dysfunction ( DED) to provide the new reference in the diagnosis and treatment of DED. Methods:Sixty middle-aged men were divided into the control group,type 2 diabetes non-erectile dysfunction(NED group) and type 2 diabetes erectile dysfunction group(DED group)(20 cases each group). The serum levels of peroxidation product 4-hydroxynonenal(4-HNE),Malonaldehyde(MDA) and Nitric oxide(NO) were detected,the relationship between peroxidation and DED was identified. Results:The body mass index ( BMI ) and Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c) in DED group were significantly higher than those in NED group and control group(P<0. 01),the HbA1c level in NED group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0. 01). The total testosterone and IIEF-5 in DED group were significantly less than those in NED group and control group(P<0. 01),the total testosterone level in NED group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0. 01). The serum levels of 4-HNE and MDA in DED group were significantly higher than those in NED group and control group(P<0. 01),the MDA level in NED group was higher than that in control group(P<0. 05). The serum level of NO in DED group was significantly less than that in NED group and control group(P<0. 01),the serum level of NO in NED group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0. 01). Conclusions:Redox reaction play a promotion role in the development and occurrence of DED by the penile vascular endothelial injury mediated by NO.
