儿童水平斜视全麻术终角膜映光法对调整矫正量作用的研究

目的：观察儿童水平斜视全麻术终无影灯下角膜映光情况及苏醒后的手术效果。方法：制定术终观察指标，观察全麻术终无影灯下角膜映光情况，对欠矫、过矫者调整和改变矫正量，使其达到最终映光正位，并与苏醒后角膜映光情况进行对比分析。结果：248例斜视患儿全麻术终无影灯下角膜映光正位195例（78．63％），欠矫和过矫53例（21．37％），经手术调整或改变矫正量后，全麻苏醒后角膜映光正位231例（93．15％）。结论：儿童水平斜视全麻术终无影灯下角膜映光检查，有助于进行手术调整，可明显提高儿童水平斜视手术成功率。

Function of Adjusting Correcting Degree of Cornea''''s Optical Reflection at Operation End after General Anesthesia of Children''''s Level Strabismus

Objective:To study the situations of cornea's optical reflection under shadowless lamp at the operation end after general anesthesia and the effects on children's level strabismus.Methods:Observing the situation of cornea's optical reflection under shadowless lamp at the operation end after general anesthesia,adjusting and changing the degree of under-correcting and over-correcting to reach the final right position of optical reflection,were observed and compared with the situations after coming to consciousness.Results:Among the 248 cases,195 cases reached the right position (78.63%),under-correcting and over-correcting cases 53 (21.37%).After operation adjustment and changing the operation degree,the right position of optical reflection after general anesthesia reached 231 cases (93.15%).Conclusion:The examination of corneas optical reflection under shadowless lamp at the operation end after general anesthesia is helpful to conduct operation adjustment and apparently improve the successful rate of operations on children's level strabismus.
