| 摘 要： | 目的:测定清胃黄连丸(大蜜丸)中黄芩苷的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇∶水∶醋酸(47∶52∶0.3)为流动相,检测波长为280nm。结果:平均样回收率为99.99%。结论:本法测定清胃黄连丸(大蜜丸)中黄芩苷的含量,方法简便、灵敏度高、结果准确。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method of quantitative analysis of baicalin in Qingwei Huanglian Pills.Method: Baicalin was separated on Spherisorb C18 column using methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (47:52:0.3)as mobile phase and uv detecion wavelength at 280nm.Results: The mean recovery of baicalin was 99.99%.Conclusion: The method was simple,accurate and reliable. |
