疏血通注射液配合拜阿司匹林治疗下肢动脉疾病92例疗效观察

目的观察疏血通注射液配合拜阿司匹林治疗下肢动脉疾病(PAD)的临床疗效。方法将186例PAD患者随机分为2组,治疗组92例予疏血通注射液配合拜阿司匹林治疗,对照组94例单用拜阿司匹林治疗,2组疗程均为4周。观察2组踝臂指数(ABI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV)变化和临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后ABI较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后均增加(P0.05,P0.01),PWV均降低(P0.05,P0.01)。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论疏血通注射液能有效增加ABI,降低PWV,改善PAD患者临床症状。

Observation of combination of Shuxuetong injection and Aspirin enteric - coated tablets on lower extremity arterial disease

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of Shuxuetong injection and Aspirin enteric-coated tablets on lower extremity arterial disease.Methods 186 cases of lower extremity arterial disease were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group（n=92） received combination of Shuxuetong injection and Aspirin enteric-coated tablets.94 cases in control group were treated by Aspirin enteric-coated tablets only.The course was four weeks in two groups.The changes of ankle-brachial index（ABI）,pulse wave velocity（PWV） and clinical effect were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.ABI after treatment in treatment group was higher than that before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group（P0.05,P0.01）.PWV after treatment was reduced（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can increase ABI,decrease PWV and improve the symptoms of lower extremity arterial disease.
