中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡52例

目的观察愈溃安胃汤配合常规西药治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将95例患者随机分为两组。对照组43例，采用奥美拉唑与克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗；治疗组52例，在对照组的基础上加用愈溃安胃汤治疗。结果总有效率、治愈率、醴门螺杆菌阴转率治疗组分别为96．2％、82．7％、90．4％，对照组分别为76．7％、58．1％、72．1％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论愈溃安胃汤结合西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效显著。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of the Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Treating Peptic Ulcer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yukui anwei decoction combined with regular western medicine on peptic ulcer. Methods 95 patients were divided into two groups randomly. 43 patients in control group were treated by omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin; 52 patients in therapeutic group were treated by Yukui anwei decoction in addition to the treatments of therapeutic group. Results The total effective rate, cure rate, and helicobacter pylor eradication rate of therapeutic group was 96.2%, 82.7%, and 90.4% respectively, while the result of the control group was 76.7%, 58.1%, and 72.1%. There was significant difference within the two groups. Conclusions Yukui anwei decoction combined with western medicine has significant therapeutic effect to the peptic ulcer.
