| 摘 要： | 目的研究空气波压力治疗仪用于预防脊柱骨折术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法将80例脊柱骨折术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规预防方法,实验组除接受常规预防方法外,采用空气波压力治疗仪治疗(AWTT),观察两组患者DVT发生率。结果实验组下肢DVT发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论空气波压力治疗仪能有效预防脊柱骨折术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成。
