| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经口气管插管患者口腔护理的有效方法,提高护士工作效率,保证经口气管插管患者的口腔护理质量。方法将经口气管插管的60例患者随机分为2组。传统组按常规口腔护理方法;实验组在麻醉咽喉镜明视下用浸有适量口腔护理溶液的湿纱布块与干纱布块交替擦洗口腔。比较两组口腔护理后污垢残留及口臭情况,评价口腔护理的效果,并对所需人力、时间进行比较。结果传统组需2人,平均用时19 min 45 s,污垢残留9例,口臭11例;实验组只需1人,平均用时16 min 23 s,污垢残留9例,口臭11例。两组口腔护理效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进的口腔护理方法能提高经口气管插管患者口腔护理的质量,减少口腔感染的发生,同时可节省人力和时间。
