| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在择期剖宫产单病种限价中的应用。方法以临床护理路径为指导,随机将100例择期行剖宫产产妇分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组按制定好的临床护理路径,实施每日的诊疗、护理、健康教育。对照组采用传统的医疗、护理模式。结果观察组平均住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度、健康知识和母乳喂养相关知识及技巧的掌握等均明显高于对照组。结论按照临床护理路径实施诊疗、护理,促进了产妇的康复,降低了平均住院日及住院费用,提高了母乳喂养率。
