| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后腹腔镜亲属活体供肾切取术供者围手术期的护理方法。方法对113例行后腹腔镜亲属活体供肾切取术的供者手术前后的护理进行总结分析。结果 113例供者经过手术前后精心的治疗与护理均顺利康复,平均7d出院,住院期间无护理并发症的发生。结论后腹腔镜亲属活体供肾切取术,其具有良好的安全性和有效性。但该手术对于供者来说是没有任何益处的手术,医护人员必须保证供者的安全,一切医疗护理工作的进行,始终要将供者的健康放在首位。在护理工作中必须重视护理安全。护士应熟练掌握后腹腔镜活体供肾切取手术前后护理、器官移植相关的法律知识以及亲属肾移植伦理学知识。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of retroperitonal laparoscopic relative live donor nephrectomy.Methods The perioperative nursing processes of 113 donors who accepted retroperitonal laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy were assessed and analyzed.Results With thoughtful therapy and nursing before and after operation,the 113 donors recovered well and were discharged.The average length of stay was 7 days and no nursing complications occurred.Conclusion The retroperitonal live donor nephrectomy... |
