| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育对膝关节置换术后康复的影响。方法将60例膝关节置换患者分成实验组和对照组,两组均接受骨科常规治疗护理和功能锻炼指导,实验组在此基础上接受有计划的健康教育。结果实验组患者健康知识掌握率、康复行为形成率、患者及家属对护理服务的满意率均高于对照组。结论对膝关节置换患者实施健康教育,使患者建立健康认知行为,掌握正确的功能锻炼方法,提高了护患满意率,从而促进膝关节正常功能的恢复。
