| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中心静脉置管技术用于肺癌引起的胸腔积液闭式引流的临床意义。方法对62例肺癌引起的胸腔积液患者采用中心静脉导管胸腔留置闭式引流、药物注入,观察疗效和并发症。结果完全缓解30例,部分缓解25例,无效7例,总有效率88.7%,该方法不良反应轻微,并发症发生率低,疗效可靠。结论中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液简单、安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the technique of central venous catheter for pleural effusion closed drainage caused by lung cancer.Methods Sixty-two cases who had pleural effusion caused by lung cancer were administered with central venous catheter pleural indwelling closed drainage and drug injection.Efficacy and complications were observed.Results The overall response rate was 88.7% including 30 CR cases and 25 PR cases and 7 NC cases.The method had slight adverse reactions but low ... |
