| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全方位护理对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响及康复效果。方法采用全方位护理对56位脑卒中患者分别从健康教育、心理、生活、功能锻炼、康复护理及出院指导进行护理,采用国际普适生活质量量表(SF-36)对患者的生活质量进行评价与效果观察。结果 56例脑卒中患者接受全方位护理干预后,SF-36生活质量各维度评估指标(除3BP)均明显高于入院时。结论全方位护理对提高生活质量及康复的效果显著。
