| 摘 要： | 目的探讨缓解妇科腹腔镜手术后患者肩痛、膈下疼痛的护理方法。方法妇科腹腔镜术后肩痛、膈下疼痛的患者90例,随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组给予吸氧等常规护理。观察组在对照组护理的基础上,对患者呼吸方式、姿势进行指导。结果观察组术后24 h、48 h视觉模拟评分(VAS)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者满意度为82.22%,显著高于对照组的31.11%(P<0.05)。结论通过针对性训练,妇科腹腔镜手术后患者肩痛、膈下疼痛可缓解,患者满意度高。
