| 摘 要： | 目的通过止血按压带对股静脉置管术后压迫止血压力范围的研究,来确定最佳的压力范围,既能达到止血目的 ,又可减轻患者不必要的痛苦。方法采用临床实验研究的方法,将170例人工肝治疗的肝衰竭患者,根据充气压力的大小,随机分4组,比较观察不同止血压力范围出血的发生率及患者在不同的止血压力下舒适度情况。结果在止血效果方面,40~50 mmHg组与30~40 mmHg比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),可以看出30~40 mmHg组出血发生率高,而与50~60 mmHg组,60~70 mmHg组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。在舒适度方面,40~50 mmHg组与其他3组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论股静脉置管术后压迫止血最适宜的压力范围是40~50 mmHg组,具有科学性,可进一步指导临床工作。
