| 摘 要： | 目的探讨依达拉奉治疗急性颈内动脉系统脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将140例急性颈内动脉系统脑梗死分为2组:对照组42例,予常规处理,观察组98例,在常规处理基础上加用依达拉奉治疗。2周后观察2组患者神经功能缺损(DNS)评分、血清超敏C反应蛋白含量的变化。结果观察组DNS评分、血清超敏C反应蛋白明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对急性颈内动脉系统脑梗死患者加用依达拉奉联合治疗,临床疗效更好,神经损伤程度减轻。
