| 摘 要： | 目的采用盐酸氨溴索氧动力雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者并进行护理,对疗效进行评价。方法将50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组采用盐酸氨溴索15 mg联合氧动力雾化疗法,2次/d。以肺部罗音和痰液量减少为治疗有效的指标。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92%和64%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,加用盐酸氨溴索氧动力雾化吸入及全方位的护理干预措施,可以改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床症状,有利于患者的早日康复。
