| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预防放射性皮肤损伤的有效方法。方法将符合入选标准的62例放疗患者随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=32),观察组于放疗期间照射野皮肤用奥克喷喷雾联合喜疗妥外涂,对照组照射野皮肤行常规护理,直至放疗结束后7 d。结果皮肤损伤程度观察组显著轻于对照组(P<0.01),发生皮肤损伤的时间观察组明显迟于对照组(P<0.01)。结论奥克喷联合喜疗妥可以防止或减轻放射性皮肤损伤,提高皮肤黏膜对辐射损伤的耐受剂量,使放射性皮肤损伤的发生时间延缓。
