| 摘 要： | 目的分析膈肌包埋法救治重度肝破裂出血的临床护理特点。方法回顾性分析2000年1月~2011年5月因重度肝破裂行膈肌包埋法治疗的15例患者临床资料。结果经积极治疗和精心护理治愈12例(80.0%),死亡3例(20.0%);治愈12例中均有不同程度的术后并发症,术后非手术处理均痊愈。结论膈肌包埋法是紧急情况下救治重度肝破裂的一种简单、有效的治疗方法,针对其护理特点,采取相应护理策略是患者恢复的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical nursing traits of the diaphragm embedding method for severe liver rupture bleeding.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with severe rupture of liver and accepted the method of diaphragm embedding from Jan 2000 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 12 patients(80.0%) were cured after active treatment and careful nursing,3 patients(20.0%) died.All the 12 cases had varying degrees of local complications,all were cured through non-surgical treatment.Conclusion D... |
