| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)患者使用呼吸机机械通气引起呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的原因及护理。方法分析101例使用呼吸机ICU患者引起VAP的因素。结果年龄、营养状况、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、侵袭性操作、机械通气时间等与VAP的发生密切相关。结论加强手卫生、消毒隔离、呼吸道及气道管理、合理使用抗生素等护理干预是降低VAP发生的有效措施。
