阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压患者动脉硬化的疗效及护理

目的探讨阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压患者动脉硬化的疗效及护理干预的影响。方法老年高血压患者81例,经全自动动脉硬化测量仪测定患者双侧臂-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV),患者有一侧或双侧baPWV高于同龄标准数值10%以上提示有动脉硬化。每位患者每晚服用20mg阿托伐他汀,疗程6个月,期间对患者饮食、运动、心理、生活方式、药物应用等方面进行护理干预。结果阿托伐他汀治疗过程中,1例患者因出现过敏反应而停药,4例患者因出现肝功能损伤而停药,其余76例患者均能坚持每晚服用阿托伐他汀治疗。患者动脉硬化指标右侧baPWV(R-baPWV)和左侧baPWV(L-baPWV)值治疗前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预提高了老年高血压患者服用阿托伐他汀和降压治疗的依从性,有效缓解了患者的动脉硬化程度。

The effect of Atorvastatin in treating arteriosclerosis of the elderly hypertensive patients and the nursing

Objective To explore the effect of Atorvastatin in treating arteriosclerosis of the elderly hypertensive patients and the impact of nursing intervention.Methods Altogether there were 81 elderly hypertensive patients.Automatic arteriosclerosis detecting machine was used to measure their baPWV of both sides.When a patient′s baPWV of one side or both sides was 10% higher than the average value of people of the same age,it indicated that the patient had arteriosclerosis.Each patient was given 20 mg of Atorvastatin to take in the evening for six months,during which nursing intervention was exerted on them concerning their food-taking,exercising,psychology,way of life and application of medications.Results In the whole process of treatment with Atorvastatin,one patient stopped the treatment due to allergic reaction and four patients stopped the medication due to the damage on liver function,and all other 76 patients kept on taking the medication every evening.The difference of baPWV before and after the medication was statistically meaningful(P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance for the elderly hypertensive patients with regard to taking Atorvastatin and treatment of hypertension and lower arteriosclerotic degree of patients.
