| 摘 要： | 目的总结烟雾病合并颅内动脉瘤患者血管内介入治疗的护理。方法 10例患者术前行数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查明确诊断,并行血管内介入治疗。围手术期进行细致的护理,严密观察病情;做好术前准备、术中配合及术后的心理干预。结果 10名患者均预后良好,出院前格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)均为5分。结论烟雾病合并颅内动脉瘤患者临床罕见,制订完善的护理计划,认真,细致的观察和有针对性的护理对促进介入治疗患者的康复非常重要。
