| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平及其与心脏左室射血分数(LVEF)的相关性,探讨NT-proBNP在CHF诊断中的应用价值。方法选取38例CHF患者为CHF组,30例无器质性心脏病者为对照组,分别检测血清NT-proBNP水平,心脏彩色多普勒超声测定LVEF,对比2组血清NT-proBNP水平,并分析其与LVEF的相关性。结果 CHF组患者血清NT-proBNP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并随NYHA心功能级别增高而升高(P<0.01),随LVEF下降而升高(P<0.01)。结论 NT-proBNP检测为心力衰竭诊断提供一量化指标,具有重要的临床应用价值。
