| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检并发症的防治及护理。方法对450例经B超引导下前列腺穿刺活检术患者的护理进行回顾性分析,包括术前心理护理、物品准备、肠道准备;术中护理;术后加强并发症的观察,及时对症治疗。结果 450例患者均穿刺成功,术后严重感染10例,排尿困难15例,术后严重出血2例,迷走神经反射5例,医生对护理配合满意。结论术前积极的心理护理,充分的肠道准备和术后有效的护理措施对防止前列腺穿刺活检术后出血及感染等并发症有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing methods of preserving complication of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy.Methods The clinical data of 450 patients underwent prostate biopsy were retrospectively reviewed,including preoperative psychological care,items preparation,bowel preparation and intraoperative care.Patients′ general conditions were observed carefully and then proper nursing measures were given after their surgery.Results A total of 450 cases′ prostate biopsy were taken successfully,10 cases with severe infection complications,15 cases dysuria,2 cases of severe bleeding and 5 cases vagal reflex.The doctors were satisfied with the nursing.Conclusion Positive psychological nursing,good intestinal tract preparation before operation and effective nursing measures after operation are important to prevent bleeding and complications. |
