ERCP术前心理护理对患者焦虑情绪的影响

目的探讨术前心理护理在经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)治疗中改善患者焦虑情绪的作用。方法将261例行ERCP治疗患者随机分为研究组156例和对照组105例,研究组接受术前心理护理,对照组接受术前常规护理。两组患者在ERCP前后测量心率、收缩压和舒张压,并在术后进行心理问卷调查。结果研究组ERCP术前和术中的心率、收缩压和舒张压无明显差异(P>0.05),而对照组术中的心率、收缩压和舒张压要显著高于术前(P<0.05),问卷结果显示研究组对ERCP的耐受性明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 ERCP术前心理护理能改善患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者对ERCP的耐受性,对ERCP的顺利实施起着重要的作用。

The effect of mental nursing preoperative on the relief of patients' anxiety during ERCP

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative mental nursing on the relief of patients′ anxiety during endoscopic retrograde cholangi opancreatography(ERCP).Methods Two hundred and sixty-one patients treated with ERCP were randomly divided into study group(n=156) and control group(n=105).The mental nursing was applied in the study group,while routine preoperative nursing care was taken in the control group.Heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of patients were detected before and after ERCP in both groups,and the mental questionnaire was performed postoperatively.Results The HR,SBP and DBP had no difference(P>0.05) in the study group preoperative and intraoperative,and had significant differences(P<0.05) in the control group preoperative and intraoperative.The results of questionnaire indicated that the tolerance to ERCP of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The mental nursing can ease the anxiety of the patients during ERCP and improve the patients′ tolerance to ERCP,which plays an important role in the operation of ERCP.
