| 摘 要： | 目的通过在不同的妇科腹腔镜手术中使用举宫杯来辅助手术,并与传统的举宫器进行比较,探讨举宫杯在多种妇科腹腔镜手术中使用的优越性。方法 2010年6月~2010年10月选择在本科进行腹腔镜手术的180例,在需要术中操纵子宫方向的手术中,用举宫杯代替传统的举宫器,分析举宫杯在不同术式中的运用价值。结果所有病例均在腹腔镜下完成,无1例中转开腹,使用举宫杯辅助手术,手术难度下降,无1例发生膀胱、输尿管、直肠等的副损伤。结论在妇科腹腔镜手术中,使用举宫杯安全有效,具有明显的优势。
