电子胃镜下三级球囊扩张术的护理配合

目的总结和探讨胃镜下三级球囊扩张术的护理配合。方法对不同病因所致食管狭窄的68例患者,采用具有高强度扩张和回缩功能的三级球囊进行治疗,术前对患者的全身状况进行评估后,向患者交待此次治疗的方法,目的 ,术中如何配合。术中一个助手与医生、患者进行三位一体的配合,另一助手观察患者表现,并辅以镇痛针,术后给予相应的抑酸,对症治疗及预防感染等。结果 68例患者进行球囊扩张治疗,均未发生食管破裂穿孔、大出血等严重并发症。其中63例患者经1次扩张后均能解决进食问题,5例患者需要扩张2~3次,治疗总有效率达100%。结论胃镜下三级球囊扩张治疗不同病因引起的食管狭窄,是一种便捷、有效、损伤小的治疗方法。良好的护理配合,对扩张治疗的成功起着重要的作用。

Nursing of the 3rd grade balloon dilation with gastroscope

Objective To summarize and discuss nursing of the 3rd grade Balloon dilation with gastroscope.Methods Sixty-eight cases of esophageal stenosis were treated with the 3rd grade balloon dilation.Before the treatment,we assessed the patient′s physical state,and informed them about means and purpose of the treatment and how they were expected to cooperate with surgeons.During the process,an assistant went with the doctors and patients, while the other assistants observed the patients and supplemented by analgesic. After the surgery,we gave the patient treatment of acid suppression to prevent symptomatic infection.Results No serious complications such as rupture of the esophagus and bleeding took place in all the patients.Sixtythree patients were able to take food after expansion.Five patients needed another 2-3 times expansion.Total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Treating the esophageal stenosis with the 3rd grade balloon dilation with gastroscope is a treatment of convenience,effect,and less injury.In addition, the excellent nursing coordinated with the expansion plays an important role in a successful treatment.
