| 摘 要： | 目的观察晚期食道癌行同步放化疗的效果,探讨护理干预对晚期食道癌患者行同步放化疗的护理效果。方法选择晚期食道癌患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组行同步放化疗,对组照行单纯放疗。对行同步放化疗的患者进行护理干预。结果观察组有效率为86%,对照组有效率为62%,同步放化疗者均完成治疗,达到预期效果。结论行同步放化疗患者,通过护理干预和积极的对症治疗,避免和减少了并发症的发生,提高了患者的生存质量。
