| 摘 要： | 目的观察酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合吗啡用于老年人术后自控镇痛的疗效及不良反应。方法选择前列腺激光手术男性老年患者72例,随机分为A、B 2组,A组术后静脉维持使用酮咯酸氨丁三醇;B组术后静脉维持使用芬太尼。结果 2组病人镇痛效果(VAS评分)、镇静程度(Ramesay评分)、脉搏氧饱和度、心率和血压组间比较无差异。结论低剂量静脉酮咯酸氨丁三醇和硬膜外吗啡联合镇痛用于老年人可以显著降低阿片类药物不良反应发生率,对合并基础疾病的老年人而言该术后镇痛方式疗效确切且具有很高的安全性。
