摘    要:目的分析心房颤动患者循环血浆醛固酮(Ald)水平和心房肌组织中醛固酮合成酶(CYP11B2)的mRNA表达情况,探讨其在心房颤动发病中的作用。方法 38例因心脏疾患住院接受开胸手术的患者,分为窦性心律(SR)组,阵发房颤(pAF)组和慢性房颤(cAF)组。放射免疫方法测量循环血浆醛固酮水平,半定量聚合酶链式反应技术测定CYP11B2 mRNA在心房肌组织中的表达情况。结果 cAF组血浆Ald浓度明显高于pAF组与SR组(P<0.01);pAF组CYP11B2/GAPDH灰度比值较SR组明显升高(P<0.01),较cAF组明显降低(P<0.05)。循环血浆Ald浓度和心房肌组织CYP11B2mRNA表达水平分别与左心房直径变化具有明显的正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论 Ald可能通过介导心房结构重构,参与心房颤动的发生和维持。
