| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石围术期的护理方法。方法实施经皮肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石患者92例,术前做好心理护理,体位训练;术后密切观察生命体征及做好皮肤护理,预防压疮、预防术后出血和血栓形成。加强肾造瘘管的护理,减少术后并发症,做好出院指导。结果经过对患者围术期精心护理,取得满意效果。结论做好经皮肾镜钬激光碎石患者的围术期护理是患者能治疗成功顺利出院的安全保证。
