| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生物反馈疗法对CCU监护患者的心理影响。方法收集CCU监护患者30例,分为2组。干预组15例给予常规心理护理和生物反馈训练;对照组15例给予常规心理护理,1周后通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定两组症状差异性。结果干预组恐惧、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系4个项目的因子分均低于对照组。结论对CCU监护患者实施生物反馈训练,能有效地降低患者的负性情绪,对CCU监护患者的心理护理具有实践意义。
