| 摘 要： | 目的探讨示范加及时反馈模式对老年糖尿病患者健康教育效果的影响。方法按入院先后单双数将60例老年糖尿病患者分为对照组28例与观察组32例。观察组采用示范加及时反馈式健康教育,即护士讲解配合动作示范、要求患者对健康教育内容复述并落实到自行操作中;对照组采用传统的随机健康教育模式。结果观察组患者入院第7天健康教育知识知晓率及出院前自行胰岛素注射流程主要环节的正确率显著高于对照组,出院后1个月血糖控制情况显著优于对照组。结论应用示范加及时反馈模式对老年糖尿病患者健康教育,可提高患者健康知识知晓率,帮助他们掌握胰岛素注射技术,保证胰岛素的正确、准确用药,从而有效控制血糖。
