婴幼儿肺动脉吊带15例临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨小儿先天性肺动脉吊带畸形(PAS)的临床诊断方法。方法回顾性分析广东省人民医院2008年4月~2011年4月收治15例确诊PAS患儿资料,采取X线胸片,超声心动图,高速CT,支气管镜,心血管造影等方法综合检查。结果超声心动图检出12例,3例复诊时再次确诊,纤支镜检查均有改变,经心血管造影、CT确诊,12例手术治疗并证实诊断,诊断符合率100%。结论婴幼儿出现反复喘息,呼吸困难,肺部感染,应考虑先天性PAS的可能,高速CT,心血管造影及超声心动图可明确诊断。

Abstract:Objective To explore the various imaging modalities in diagnosing pulmonary artery sling(PAS) in infants.Methods From April 2009 to April 2011,15 infants with PAS in Guangdong Provincial People′s Hospital were studied by X-rays,echocardiography,bronchoscopy computer tomography(CT),digital substraction angiography(DSA).Results PAS was found in 12 cases by echocardiography,3 cases were diagnosed at the second appointment,and 15 infants with PAS have abnormal changes in the study by bronchoscopy.Light speed CT,DSA help to make diagnoses.Conclusion PAS shall be considered when infants suffer from recurrent wheezing,strider and dyspnea,light speed CT,DSA and echocardiography help to make diagnoses of PAS.
