| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氯气中毒并发纵膈气肿成功救治的护理体会。方法对2例氯气中毒并发纵膈气肿患者成功救治的护理过程进行分析、探讨。结果 2例患者全部治愈出院。结论护理急性氯气中毒患者,尤其是未成年患者,应严格交接班颈围和面、颈、胸部皮下积气表现,高度警惕发生纵隔气肿的可能。及时发现、及时处理,是氯气中毒并发纵膈气肿成功救治的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize nursing experience of patients that was successfully treated of the chlorine poisoning concurrent mediastinum emphysema.Methods To summarize the nursing process in treating the two patients suffering chlorine poisoning concurrent mediastinum emphysema.Results Two patients were both cured and discharged.Conclusion Nursing acute chlorine poisoning patients,particularly under aged patients should be strictly nursed——neck circumference,face,neck,chest subcutaneous product gas performance should be informed to nurses of all shifts,and should carefully inspect that pneumomediastinum may happen.The timely discovering and timely processing is the key to successful treatment of chlorine poisoning concurrent mediastinum emphysem. |
