| 摘 要： | 目的探索一种治疗晚期胃癌的有效方案。方法选取20例晚期胃癌患者,先给予替吉奥(S-1)单药治疗2个疗程,后根据患者体质状况改用S-1联合奥沙利铂(SOX方案)或最佳支持治疗。疗程结束后采用RECIST结合临床获益率综合评估,不良反应采用WHO分级标准评价。结果 20例患者中部分缓解(PR)11例(55.0%),稳定(SD)7例(35.0%),总有效率为90.0%。不良反应主要是血液学毒性、胃肠道反应及外周神经毒性,但不影响患者的生活质量和治疗过程。结论先替吉奥单药、后替吉奥联合奥沙利铂序贯治疗晚期胃癌,患者耐受性好,疗效确切,提高了患者生存质量,值得进一步研究应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore an efficient chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer.Methods Twenty selected patients with advanced gastric cancer were firstly assigned two cycles of S-1 alone,then were followed with S-1 plus Oxaliplatin(SOX regimen) chemotherapy or best supportive care according to patients' physical status.Therapeutic action was evaluated by RESICT and untoward reaction was assessed by WHO criteria.Results Of the 20 patients,there were 11 PR(55.0%) and 7 SD(35.0%),and the total response rate was 90.... |
