| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在全子宫切除术中的实施效果。方法将60例子宫肌瘤手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组实施临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组临床护理效果。结果观察组患者住院时间、住院费用明显低于对照组,患者及家属健康知识达标率及满意度均有较大提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床护理路径能提高全子宫切除术患者健康教育效果及满意度,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,创造更好的社会效益,提高医疗护理工作质量。
