外科重症患者应用Portland方案强化胰岛素治疗中的护理策略

目的探讨外科重症患者应用胰岛素治疗时的护理策略。方法成立血糖控制质量小组,按Portland方案推荐的血糖监测间隔时间对46例患者的血糖波动进行动态监测,并根据患者病情、血糖值适时调节胰岛素输注速率。结果通过全面系统的观察病情和监测血糖值,有3例低血糖反应可疑迹象被及时发现,46例患者Portland方案均顺利执行。结论针对Portland方案执行的护理策略可降低低血糖反应发生的风险,改善重症患者的治疗效果和预后,提高护理质量。

Nursing strategy for severe surgical patients using Portland regimen of intensive insulin therapy
